The following terms and conditions outline the policies related to admissions, fees, and
payments, and are applicable to all students and users of our payment gateway. By accessing
and using our payment services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1.Admissions and Enrollment

 1.1. Admission to Padmarajam Institute of Management is based on the eligibility criteria for
each course.

1.2. Students must provide accurate and complete information during the admission process.
Any discrepancies may result in cancellation of admission.

1.3. The institution reserves the right to modify admission criteria, course structures, and terms
without prior notice.

2.Fees and Payments

 

 2.1. All fees, including tuition, registration, and any other applicable charges, must be paid
according to the deadlines provided in the admission offer letter or the institute’s fee schedule.

2.2. Payments must be made through the institute’s approved payment gateway or via the
available payment methods (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, etc.).

2.3. All payments are processed securely, and the institution ensures that your financial data is
protected.

2.4. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in specific cases such as course cancellation by
the institute, or a legitimate withdrawal request within the cooling-off period as per institute
policy. Requests for refunds must be made in writing, subject to approval by the administration.

2.5. Any late payments or defaults may result in the suspension of access to course materials
and services, and may affect exam eligibility.

2.6. Payment gateway charges, if any, are borne by the student.

3. Refund Policy

 3.1. No refunds will be granted once the payment has been processed, even in cases of
withdrawal, dissatisfaction, or non-completion of the course.

3.2. Students are advised to carefully review course details and institute policies before making
any payments.

4. Privacy and Data Security

 4.1. The Padmarajam Institute of Management respects your privacy and is committed to
protecting personal information. All personal data collected during admission or payment is
handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4.2. Financial transactions through the payment gateway are encrypted and secured. The
institution does not store sensitive payment information such as credit card details.

4.3. Your personal and payment information will not be shared with third parties without your
consent, except as required by law.

 5. Use of Payment Gateway

 5.1. By using the payment gateway, you agree to provide accurate payment details and
authorize the institute to charge the specified fees to your chosen payment method.

5.2. The institute is not responsible for any transaction failures due to network or technical
issues. In the event of a failed transaction, the student is required to verify with their bank or
payment provider.

5.3. The institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate payment gateway access in the
case of fraudulent activities or misuse.

6. Course Changes and Cancellations by the Institute

 6.1. The institute reserves the right to modify course schedules, content, or instructors as
necessary.

6.2. In the event of course cancellation by the institute, affected students will be offered
alternatives, including refunds or credit transfers to another course.

 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

7.2. Any disputes arising from payment transactions will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the
courts in India.

7.3. For any payment-related concerns, students can contact the institute’s finance department
for clarification or assistance.

 8. Liability

 8.1. Padmarajam Institute of Management shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of the payment gateway, including technical
malfunctions or unauthorized access to your data.

8.2. The institute shall not be responsible for any delays or failures in payment processing due
to circumstances beyond its control.
